SEAL Swim Squad
The SEAL Swim Squad develops stroke technique and competitive swim skills for swimmers capable of swimming a fluent and race-legal 100m Individual Medley, and/or performing 100m Freestyle in under 1:50.00. Our squad system provides opportunities for members ages 9 to 16 to develop their skills and compete from entry-level swim meets to regional, triathlon and open water events.
We have a history and continued commitment to the holistic development of young athletes, assisting them to become faster swimmers and better people. Squad members hone their swim strokes, technique, racing starts and turns, and are able to select from a flexible training. Some Squad members have the mind to improve personal best times and work towards greater distance events, others want to continue swimming but find that other commitments of either school or sport are preventing them from being able to swim the recommended 3 to 5 sessions per week.
Swimmers have the opportunity to participate in dry land training to increase strength and power and in regular time trials and swim meets hosted by SEAL and various partners.
SEAL Swim Squad for Adults
We offer swim coaching for adults between the ages of 15 and 80+. We cater to every ability level - from novice to elite triathlete - at two pool locations in east Toronto.
In addition to weekly schedule that covers all your training needs for any event, we offer our premium 1-2-1 Video Analysis and Stroke Correction Sessions for those requiring a little special individual attention for their stoke technique.
If you are learning to swim as an adult, have a goal of completing your first triathlon, IRONMAN triathlon, or open water swimming event, this is the right place for you.
Head Coach Simon Easton is the founder of SEAL Swimming and more recently, has trained under Swim Smooth in Perth, Australia.

After the try-out, you can use the register online or with us in person at the pool. When you join, you agree to abide by the club rules and policies. We would like to draw your attention in particular to the club's code of conduct for parents/guardians.
